How to manage your current account

The Triodos Current Account is an online only account. This means you have the convenience of managing your account using internet banking and our mobile banking app.

Internet Banking

You will be provided with a digipass and PIN once your account has been opened. You will need to use these alongside a security word of your choice to safely and securely log in to internet banking.

Through internet banking you can view your transactions, make payments, set and manage recurring payments as well as view and update the personal details that we hold for you.

Mobile Banking

Our mobile banking app is a quick and convenient way to manage your money on the move.

Through the mobile app you can make payments to new, as well existing, payees, check your balance and see organisations that we lend to who are based near you.

Once you have downloaded the app using your digipass, you will set a 5 digit personal passcode which you will use to log into the app. Setting up new payees and making payments over £400 will require approval with your digipass.
