Why don't you provide 24/7 customer service?

We have a contact team based in Bristol who are available to answer calls 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm Thursday). We have weekend support available 10am - 4pm Saturday and Sunday to respond to customer calls regarding blocked internet banking access or report suspicious activity on their accounts. You can place a block on your card and order a replacement in the Triodos Mobile Banking App by going to More > Cards, or in Internet Banking by going to Self-Service > Cards.
