Meet our team of relationship managers who specialise in arranging finance for social and cultural organisations, including charities, housing associations, healthcare organisations, arts projects and spiritual groups.

Paul Nicoll - Team Leader

Paul Nicoll - Senior Relationship Manager, Business Banking - Triodos Bank

Paul joined Triodos in 2006 and has over 30 years banking experience in a variety of senior lending and relationship management roles.

Paul manages a portfolio of charities and businesses spread around the country, but predominately in the south of England. He has a particular focus on working with heath and social care organisations.

Since 2006 he has also served as a trustee on the board of an environmental and educational charity.


Peter Borgers - Senior Relationship Manager

Peter Borgers - Senior Relationship Manager, Business Banking - Triodos Bank

Peter joined Triodos Bank in 2006, and has over 30 years of lending and investing experience. He leads the bank’s lending activities in the social housing sector and looks after the lending relationships with a number of our key charity and social enterprise customers.

Prior to Triodos Bank, Peter spent several years with Charity Bank, lending to small and medium sized UK charities.


Matt Conroy - Relationship Manager

Matt specialises in helping healthcare, education and charitable organisations arrange the finance they need to grow. Matt joined Triodos Bank in 2014, bringing 26 years banking experience with him.

Based in our London office, Matt works to bring together organisations that are doing good or adding social value, in order to help one another.

Matt also enjoys photography and cycling in the British countryside, and is treasurer of a local group working to encourage community cohesion.


Graeme Galloway - Relationship Manager

Graeme Galloway  - Relationship manager, Business Banking - Triodos Bank

Graeme has over 30 years banking experience including various relationship roles in business banking and property finance. He is based at the Triodos Bank office in Edinburgh, Scotland.

He has particular expertise in the arts and culture sector, where he looks after a varied portfolio of clients.

Graeme also runs an independent record label with his wife, which releases vinyl records from new and up and coming artists and bands.


Matt Boggan - Relationship Manager (North of England)

Matt is based near York and manages a portfolio of clients across the North of England. He looks after a diverse customer base, including third sector, charities, social housing and healthcare organisations.

Matt is also engaged with business development in the North of England, and works hard to create networks of socially-minded organisations for mutual benefit.


Kate Donovan - Relationship Manager

Kate Lewis - Assistant Relationship Manager, Business Banking - Triodos Bank

Kate has over 18 years banking experience and has been part of the Triodos Bank team since 2005.

Kate is responsible for a wide range of customers, including ethical businesses, social enterprises and arts organisations. She also has specialist expertise in finance for sustainable tourism and played an integral part in defining the bank’s lending policy to tourism businesses.


Sarah Allen - Assistant Relationship Manager

Sarah has been working in banking since 2007, and joined Triodos Bank in 2011. She manages lending relationships with a portfolio of existing clients in the social and cultural sector.

Sarah enjoys playing netball and plays for the Triodos team, as well as finding the time to arrange many of our co-worker events as part of the bank’s social committee.

Sarah is currently on maternity leave.
