How can I let Triodos Bank know that a customer has died?

If you are managing the estate, please:

  • complete a Bereavement Notification form (download below)
  • send this to us by email or by post, along with a copy of the Death Certificate.

Please read the Bereavement Notification Form(PDF) for more information. This explains the other documents we need and the next steps in the process.

If you are a Triodos customer, you can notify us by sending us a chat message in Internet Banking.

If you are not managing the estate, please complete as much of the Bereavement Notification Form as you can and email or post it to us.
