How do I send a chat message?

You can send us a chat message in the Triodos Mobile Banking App by going to More, then Help, or in Internet Banking by clicking the speech bubble icon in the bottom right corner. A member of our contact team will respond to you as soon as they can during opening hours. If you are not logged in when they respond, you will receive a push notification or email.
