What should I do when someone has died and I think they may have an account with Triodos?
If you are an executor of an estate or the personal representative of a customer who has died please contact us and we will discuss the next steps with you. If you have access to letters or bank statements from Triodos sent to an account holder, these will usually include account or relation numbers which will help us to identify an account.
We may ask you for identification documentation to verify who you are, and other paperwork such as certified copies of the Will and Death Certificate.
