Tell us about your role & a bit about your career background.

I work in Customer Operations and the focus of my role is to administer and service customer accounts, act as point of contact for customers, understand their requirements, offer customer service solutions and ensure timely delivery of requested services. I come from a financial services administration background and have over 15 years of pension administration experience. In recent roles I have managed a portfolio of bespoke pensions & investments for high net worth individuals and also had a client relationship role in a firm of chartered wealth managers.

Why did you choose to come and work at Triodos

After all the bad press the banks have attracted over the years and having worked for companies whose sole focus is wealth creation at any cost; it was refreshing to come across a bank actively offering an innovative and sustainable alternative to the mainstream financial providers.

Customer Operations is at the core of the Bank's activities; positive customer experiences and interactions are what drive the customer's perception of Triodos.

Can you describe what a typical day looks like within your role at Triodos Bank

A typical day would kick off with a team huddle to touch base with each other, review the stats, manage the resources available and prioritise our work load/targets for the day. The rest of the day is spent achieving those targets, liaising and updating each other on progress, laced with cups of tea and dashes of banter.
