The retail sterling share classes of the Triodos Sustainable Pioneer fund: KR distribution and KR capitalisation are offered to UK residents aged 18 or over. As the UK share classes were launched in April 2013, performance data is limited.
With the distribution share class, income generated by the underlying holdings is distributed as cash. With the capitalisation share class income is retained within the fund and reinvested, increasing the price of the units. Income is variable and not guaranteed.

Should you wish to sell your holding outside of an ISA wrapper you will realise a capital gain or loss. Most people have a capital gains allowance of £11,100 (for the 2016/17 tax year), below which there is no charge on gains. If you happen to make a capital loss this can be used to offset future capital gains.
