What does the 14-day right of withdrawal after acceptance entail?

If you have accepted the offer, you have 14 calendar days to revoke your acceptance. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days commencing the day after the date you (digitally) signed the settlement offer. When you exercise your right of withdrawal, no settlement agreement comes into being. The situation is the same as if you had not accepted the settlement offer. This means you are not entitled to any amount and you are not bound by the Final Discharge. If you have already received the settlement amount ahead of the four (4) week payment schedule within the withdrawal period, you must repay the amount received to Triodos Bank.
