Help with banking from home and on the go

There are two main ways you can bank with us; Internet Banking via a web browser or the Triodos Mobile App. Both give you access to your accounts and our banking services.

New Internet Banking

Our new Internet Banking platform is an ongoing development and we'll be upgrading customers over the coming months. During its roll-out, some services and features will still need to be accessed via old style Internet Banking, so you may be directed back to the previous platform from time to time. We will always tell you when this will happen. Watch our short video to see the new Internet Banking experience.

Triodos Mobile App

Personal Current Account customers are able to manage their money on the go using the Triodos Mobile App. We will be making the Triodos Mobile App available for customers with Savings and Investments accounts later this year.

Set up mobile banking

The Triodos Mobile App lets you view your account balances, monitor transactions, transfer money between accounts, make payments to new and existing payees and manage your bills. It's also available for tablets.

Opening hours

  • Mon-Fri: 8am-6pm (excluding bank holidays)
  • Sat-Sun: 10am-4pm (for calls about fraud, or blocked internet access on the personal current account)
