Personal details and account changes

This section explains how to change your personal details and request some account changes.

You can update the following in the personal settings tab in internet banking:

  • your security word and hint
  • your contact details, including your email address, home address or contact phone numbers

It is important to keep your contact details up to date, as these are the only details that we will use to contact you.

You can update the following in the mailing settings tab in internet banking:

  • your mailing preferences
  • your text message alerts settings

If you urgently need to notify us of a change to your details and are unable to access internet banking for any reason then please contact us.

If you wish to make other changes, including overdraft applications, or applications to add or remove account holders, then please contact us.
